Join the fun celebrating the 150th anniversary of the completion of the transcontinental railroad in America! The celebration begins with photography options around the Heber Valley Railroad depot from 5:30 to 6:30pm. Dress up in period clothing and pose in front of the steam locomotive, passenger cars or the depot. The Old Glory Vintage Dancers will be on the platform performing prior to boarding. Join in with them, or just get some great pictures with them in their amazing period dress. At 6:40 the Salt Water Bunch will provide a fun and noisy Old West Gunfight prior to boarding. The two-hour round trip train ride departs at 7pm. On board there will be live music, trivia, and other fun. After the train returns, you and whole valley will enjoy fireworks at 9:30pm, and there will be a bon fire and a celebration dance under the pavilion at the depot. See you on May 10th!
