Along with small-town charm, Heber Valley has over 30 non-chain restaurants. This month is one of the best times to experience the local food scene with Heber Valley Restaurant Week. This March 24-30, 25 local restaurants are all participating in the dining event and are all offering something special for the week.
Midway Mercantile is one of the new kids on the block. Here, you can experience a modern take on traditional American dishes all in a building rich with Heber Valley history.
