Event Barn (Coming Winter 2025)

Transform your vision and creative ideas into a long-lasting memory for guests with our brand new Event Barn (coming 2025). Nestled against the backdrop of the mountains, the barn boasts over 20,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor spaces, lush gardens, walking trails and water features. Host weddings, milestone celebrations or company retreats guided by the beauty of the natural surroundings.

With a range of room configurations, including conference, boardroom, theater, classroom, u-shape, banquet rounds, and hollow square, we can accommodate to fit your needs. Allow your creativity to flourish with the use of our pre-function space, meeting rooms, patios, and event lawn. We welcome you to join us at Homestead Resort as you celebrate your special occasion.

Parlor

The Parlor is 280 square feet and is located on the lower level of the main building, adjacent to the Garden Room. This space is perfect for group to use for registration, an office, small board room, or even a wedding day ready room.

Foyer

The Foyer is 743 square feet and is located on the second level of the main building, adjacent to Timpanogos and Wasatch 2. With a beautiful fireplace, comfortable seating and plenty of extra space this is a perfect location for Buffets, AM and PM Breaks, Social Hour, or even just when you need to step out of a meeting space for a quick phone call.

Wasatch 1

The Wasatch 1 Room is 300 square feet and is located on the upper level. It is a great space for a 12 person board meeting, executive retreat, or a small planning meeting. Max seating would be 20 people theater style.

Wasatch 2

Our Wasatch 2 Room is 575 square feet and is located on the upper level. The space offers an abundance of natural light and amazing views. Great for either board meetings of 18 people, 40 people theater style, or 40 people for a banquet.

Timpanogos Room

The Timpanogos Room is 1700 square feet and is located on the second level of the main building. This space offers an abundance of natural light with windows that overlook the Garden Patio & Golf Course as well as the famous Virgina House and Front Lawn. The Timpanogos room is equipped with an in-house projector, screen, and sound system.

Garden Room & Patio

The Garden Room, located on the lower level of the main building, is 2800 square feet with a walkout patio boasting over 5800 square feet overlooking the breathtaking landscape of the Homestead Resort. This room is divisible into two breakout rooms if desired and is equipped with dual in-house projector, screens, and sound system. The fireplace provides a wonderful element of warmth to the already inviting room. This space offers convenient walkout access to the grounds & lodging rooms.
